Deposit and payment

What are the payment regulations?

The amount of deposit is shown in the reservation confirmation. Also our account dates and the payment regulations are listed.

How can I check if my deposit has already been received?

As soon as your deposit has been received, we will contact you by e-mail.

When is the balance of my holiday to be paid?

The remaining amount must be paid at the latest on departure. You are welcome to transfer the remaining amount to our bank account. Please take note of delays caused by Sundays and public holidays.

Offer & Booking

How do I get a holiday offer?

Send us an email with your contact details, number of people and travel times. You can use our contact form and we are always available for you on the phone.

How can I book?

Send us an email that you want to reserve our offer and you will immediately receive the confirmation of booking from us. Please note that major holiday periods are often spent months in advance.

"Fair family price" - One price per season, our family policy!

Since opening (over 45 years ago!) We have never laid down our principle of increasing prices in the main holiday areas and still keeping it that way. You will receive family-friendly prices and uncomplicated pricing all year round.

Can I order a voucher?

vouchers are issued by us as value vouchers and are, of course, absolutely valid. Please note that only vouchers issued by us will be redeemed.

Trip and stay

Where can I find a trip description and can I travel by public transport?

Please use our Google Maps routing, where you can also access plans for public transport.

Are there parking spaces in front of the house and how much do they cost?

Our parking is directly at the hotel and is free of charge for you.

Times for check-in & check out?

The booked rooms are available for you on the day of arrival from 2 pm, latest from 4 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, you can of course leave your luggage with us and also like to dine.

Do I need snow chains?

Usually a good winter ripening is enough, the streets are cleared of TipTop! Carrying snow chains does not hurt but you are finally in the Alps. (Of course, this only applies to winter months)

Is there wireless internet in the house?

Free WIFI is available in the whole Hotel.

What are the opening hours for the sauna, steam bath and infra-red cabin?

Our SPA area is open daily, after a short consultation or registration. Please note our wellness area should be a place of rest and we decided to offer our sauna exclusively.

Are drinks included in the half-board and can I make a lunch pack?

Drinks are not included in the half-board price. Breakfast buffet includes coffee, tea, cocoa and juices (buffet). Other beverages are to be paid separately. We will be glad to prepare a cheap lunch package according to your wishes. Just let us know on the evening before.

Breakfast and dinner times?

The breakfast buffet is open between 7:30 and 10 o'clock and dinner is served from 18 to 19:30. If you want to plan an early summit or be the first on the slopes, we will prepare you the breakfast as a lunch catering according to your wishes. Please let us know at an early stage.
